Can I come accompanied ?

Participants cannot come accompanied. Only people creating their perfume are allowed in the workshop. Except for children between 10 and 16 years old who have the right to come with a parent. If you wish to come accompanied, it is enough that the person who comes with you participates in the workshop (by paying for the workshop with a gift card or directly on the site), in this case you can come in groups.

When and where are the workshops ?

The workshops are held on weekends on Saturday or Sunday at 36 rue d'Alsace Lorraine, in a pretty room in the Etincelle space.

Can I cancel my booking once confirmed ?

You can cancel your reservation at the latest 72 hours before the workshop for free. If you cancel within the last 72 hours, L'art Osé is not required to reschedule a date, the gift card or the workshop will not be refunded..

Can I book a private session ?

If you are a group, you can book a private session to get a quote contact me at contact@lart-ose.fr

How long is a gift card valid for? ?

A gift card is valid for one year. It can be extended in case of inability to offer dates (confinement example). The person must make the reservation before the end of the validity date but the workshop can be done after this date.

What audience can participate ?

The workshop is mixed, children are allowed from 10 years. The place is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

How can I know the dates of the next workshop ?

The next workshop dates are indicated on the calendar on the page perfume shop. Availability is updated weekly. For an EVJF workshop or other in private session, the dates are not on the calendar, you must contact me by email at contact@lart-ose.fr or by phone at 06 88 40 97 75.

How do I refill my perfume ?

To refill your perfume, just make an appointment at 06 88 40 97 75 and come with your empty bottle. You can order your refill on the online store or pay on site.

How do I register for a workshop ?

To register, just contact me by email at contact@lart-ose.fr to choose your date., then order your workshop online. If you have a gift card, you have to give me your name, first name, mobile phone number and gift card code.

How long does a workshop last ?

A hard perfume creation workshop 2 hours.

How a workshop takes place ?

Sarah, qualified perfumer and craftsman, will introduce you to the families and olfactory notes, by explaining what they are made of and providing you with information on the history of the perfume. Using sticks, you will be able to familiarize yourself with these smells, then choose your favorite scents for the composition of your perfume. Sarah will guide you for the proportions and you will make your custom-made eau de parfum. You can do tests before making the perfume. The workshop takes place in small groups in a friendly atmosphere, until 7 people on Saturday or Sunday.

Workshops 30 ml or 50 ml are they offered on the same dates ?

Yes that you have chosen a workshop 50 ml or 30 ml, you can choose any workshop date (it is the format of the bottle that changes).
